I have no idea when it will be fixed, so for now, I'm going to have to leave you with this apparently unfinished recipe. Step 2 confuses me; do I combine the mushrooms, eggs and breadcrumbs together and use it as a crust for the sausage loaf, or do I combine all that stuff with the sausage and then form the whole thing into a loaf?
Have you ever heard of this? Can anyone out there help me? And do all Hungarians dress like this and carry a cauldron around? If so, you guys have some crazy ass hats.
I'm really sorry for the delay! A whole post just for me - I am overjoyed! So. I have never heard of this recipe, but it resembles the way SOME Hungarian dish are made. So it MIGHT as well be a Hungarian recipe. Re: Step 2. As a practicing chef-at-home, housewife and mother of two I have the right to claim that you combine the things to cover the sausage - to make a crust, as you suggested over the sausage. On the other hand, forming the whole bunch of ingredients into ONE SINGLE loaf does fit Hungarian gastronomy as well. Re: dress. Absolutely crap. This is in no way to be considered as a Hungarian folk dress. I think the artist (?) saw some folk photos from Poland and or Austria and thought Hungary was also a country somewhere near the other two.
I don't know on which of your secret assassin training you are on, but I have just dropped in to congratulate on giving the picture a clever title "Nem beszélek magyarul". Great. I knew that. And you made me laugh. Thanks.
